Our office is a conduit through which ideas become accomplishments and vision becomes value.  The Office of Research and Special Projects oversees a diverse assortment of programs ranging from the Rural Primary Care Education Program and telemedicine, designed to increase health care services to the state's medically underserved rural areas, to medical research that effects populations in SC, the nation, and the world.
